J and R Harkin Contracting is a family owned and run business. We relocate, buy and sell houses and buildings throughout the North Island of New Zealand. We have a highly trained team and the latest house moving equipment to ensure that we move your house on time, on budget, and deliver it safely to it’s new home.
John Harkin personally supervises all our house moves and John has been in the house moving industry for more than 25 years, moving over 1,000 houses. When we visit your site and move your house it will be John you meet.
Our Sales yard at Silverhill Road in Te Hana, just north of Wellsford, is where our houses for sale are located. (NB. Our yard is only open by appointment.)
